ArcSight Education ESM Training Tracks

The industry-leading ArcSight services organization offers professional training classes intended to enhance and certify the proficiency of customers and business partners. Training for ArcSight ESM is offered in both instructor-led courses and self-paced e-learning formats.

The ArcSight Analyst Track is focused on tasks for which an Operator or Analyst within a Security Operations Center (SOC) are responsible. These topics include ArcSight ESM Console navigation and customization, ArcSight resource and content creation, as well as applying ArcSight techniques to fulfill corporate requirements and/or compliance requirements by developing Use Cases specific to organizational needs.

The ArcSight Administrator Track is intended for those individuals within the security organization that are responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading and integrating ArcSight products within a corporate infrastructure. This track focuses on topics outside of the ArcSight ESM Console such as partition management, report optimization, GUI customization along with Oracle Database Administration tasks.
