Léo Apotheker
President and Chief Executive Officer
Léo Apotheker has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of HP and as a member of the HP board of directors since November 2010. As CEO of the world's largest information technology company, Mr. Apotheker is helping lead HP into a new phase of growth by focusing on innovation, employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Tom Reilly
Vice President & General Manager, HP Security Solutions
Tom Reilly has served as Vice President and General Manager of HP Security Solutions since October 2010. Mr. Reilly previously served as ArcSight CEO since October 2008 and as President since August 2007. He was a director from June 2008 until the acquisition of ArcSight by HP in 2010. In addition, Mr. Reilly served as ArcSight COO from November 2006 to September 2008.

Ralph Langner
CEO, Langner Communications
Mr. Langner originally founded and has led a German software and consulting company focused on industrial IT and control systems for 23 years. Today, his company is a leading European consultancy for control system security and critical infrastructure protection. Mr. Langner received worldwide recognition for his analysis of the Stuxnet malware, which became infamous as the most complex malware in history. Just weeks after Stuxnet was discovered, Mr. Langner was the first to identify that Stuxnet is a cyberwar weapon aimed at the Iranian nuclear program.

Dr. Prescott Winter
Public Sector CTO, HP Enterprise Security
Dr. Winter joined ArcSight as Chief Technology Officer for the Public Sector in March 2010. Prior to ArcSight, Dr. Winter served as Associate Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Information Integration for the National Security Agency (NSA) from 2008 to 2009. He served more than 25 years at the NSA, including positions as CIO and CTO; Chief, NSA Commercial Solutions Center; Chief, Customer Response; and Deputy Chief, Defensive Information Operations.

Hugh Njemanze
CTO and EVP of Research and Development, ArcSight
Hugh Njemanze co-founded ArcSight in 2000 and has served as EVP of Research and Development and CTO since 2002. He leads product development, information technology deployment and product research, and is an advisor at Silicon Valley Internet Capital. Mr. Njemanze was honored as the 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
