Conference Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If for some reason you must cancel your attendance at Protect ’09, ArcSight agrees to reimburse 75% of your registration fees if cancellation occurs before August 15, 2009, and 25% of your registration fees if cancellation occurs before August 31, 2009. If you cancel AFTER August 31, 2009, your registration fees are forfeited.
