Kaiser Health Records Breached!
Officials at Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center discovered that Ms. Nadya Suleman's (aka: Octomom) medical records had been accessed without proper authorization on two occasions starting in March 2009. In total 23 staff were accused - 15 were fired and 8 were disciplined.
